Delivery zones, time, and fees:

Cairo Zone
Includes: Cairo, Giza, 6th of October, and Helwan
Delivery time: 1–2 business days
Shipping fee: EGP 49
Free for orders EGP 3,000.00 and up

Outside Cairo Zone
Includes: all other governorates within Egypt
Delivery time: 2–3 business days
Shipping fee: EGP 99
Free for orders EGP 3,000.00 and up

Orders are processed after confirmation and successful payment. Delivery times may be affected by public holidays, high-demand periods, incomplete addresses, or courier delays.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including full name, phone number, city, area, and detailed address.

If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect contact information, unreachable phone number, or incorrect address, dmeg.store may contact the customer to rearrange delivery.
